Advantest extends SiConic into DFT engineering
A bench environment brings production-aligned execution and validation to DFT development.
On July 16, 2026, Advantest announced a SiConic environment for design-for-test engineering.
The solution combines the D200 instrument and software tools with a V93000-compatible workflow, aiming to support earlier validation and smoother transfer of test content to production.
